Shipping Policy

Coverage & Hours: Delivery is carried out by partner courier companies across the national territory, during standard courier hours.
Undelivered Package: If delivery fails due to the customer (incorrect address, refusal of package, etc.), the courier may reschedule delivery. We reserve the right not to honor future orders in the event of repeated refusals.
Package Inspection: We ask that you check the integrity of the package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, you may refuse the package or request a report to be drawn up with the courier.
Return Policy
You have the right to a free return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels intact. Returns for aesthetic reasons or change of mind are accepted, but the product must be in impeccable condition.
Return Procedure: Contact us by email or phone to request a return. We will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
Refund: The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days of receiving the returned product, via the same payment method used for the order (or by bank transfer in the case of cash on delivery).
Excluded Products: We do not accept returns for personalized products or products damaged by the customer.
Warranty: The 14-day return right is separate from the 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
